On 23 October, delegations of experienced notaries and and legal experts from Italy, Austria, Croatia and Slovenia will meet in Gorizia (Italy) where they will analyse and discuss real practical cases that they have come across in their own practice. The analysed case studies will be focusing on the Succession Regulation and its application and they will be brought to the attention of the rest of the participants by each delegation.
As the event can be an occasion of professional growth and continuous learning for notaries across Europe, it will be filmed and streamed live. Online participants from the four involved countries and beyond will have the possibility to virtually attend the event, ask their questions and provide their comments online.
