The Spanish General Council of the Notariat and the Council of the Valencia region are organising a training seminar on “Digitalisation in the notarial practice and the protection of adults” within the framework of the European Notarial Network. The event will be held in Valencia, on 20 October (9:30- 15:00).
The agenda features a diverse range of topics, including the electronic signature on private documents and the electronic public notarial documents, the revision of the E-IDAS Regulation, and the protection of adults. Participants will have the opportunity to hear high-level speakers from several EU countries, take part in informative discussions and gain an insight into the changing landscape of notarial work in Europe.
Participation is free of charge and is possible face-to-face in Valencia or online.
The languages of the seminar will be English, Spanish and French (with simultaneous interpretation available in the 3 languages).
