The European Notarial Network (ENN) has a new website: www.enn-rne.eu
New navigation, new graphics, more free and practical resources for all European notaries!

A network of interlocutors at your service
Joining the ENN means being able to rely on the help of a network of interlocutors covering the EU countries with a notariat. One contact point per country is on hand to give you practical information on your cross-border cases. Exchanges take place entirely electronically via the secure online ENN platform.

Connect with notaries
Notaries using the platform can hold online discussions via secure communication spaces and video conferencing. Notaries can thus set up their own professional network.

Practical tools at your disposal
The ENN provides bilingual tools to facilitate information exchange with your European colleagues in all areas of notarial practice: succession law, family law, company law, etc.

Online databases
The ENN online platform offers a number of legal databases. Are you looking for information on the documents needed by a notary from a foreign country when a citizen is faced with an international succession? Do you want to know what documents are required for a foreign business setting up or creating a branch in a Member State? You will find the answers on the ENN platform.
